Hole in one
Played Equinelle this morning and got my first hole in one on #8 it was playing 154 yards into a strong breeze...hit my 27 degree hybrid...landed about 6 feet from the hole and rolled in. Only took me 16 years to get it . Couldn't focus afterwards but manage to shoot an 87 which is good for me. What a feeling...Ace!

It was amazing to see.. at the same time I felt kinda sheepish for having birdied and tied him on the skin (I got stroke on that hole). Won some cash and free drinks! Cheers! We'll get you a plaque for your achievment buddy! LOL

I just heard on the Golf Channel yesterday that the odds are 1:12,000 of getting a hole-in-one - Congrats!!!

I was several groups behind you and one of my threesome put it about 2 feet from the cup and was very happy until the marshall told us that it wasn't good enough, congrats.

Thanks guys and a big thanks to the Equinelle staff...i had marshalls/staff congratulating me many times afterwards and they are supposed to send me some goodies. Still re-living the shot in my head...a high all golfers should feel once in their lives.

No mulligan...got 3 Equinelle members as witnesses. The Equinelle manager is suppose to send me a framed print of hole #8 as a gift...quite generous on their part and much appreciated on my part. Great service!
For the record, I got a double bogey on the same hole the next round and with no mulligans
