$1000 golftown gift certificate??
What would you use it on. If someone (no one would) got me one I think I would have to get all golf gear. Shoes, pants, shirts and stuff like that. If I was starting my set from scratch I would get the callaway x-tour for sure. Sick clubs
PS no one got me one, but a guy can dream can't he?

YOu must be an older gentleman Us young hip kids reffer to gear as clothing and acessories. "check out my new gear" means check our my new clothes or new shoes... but never check out my new driver. That would just be silly
If gear reffered to everthing golf then we might as well live in little mushrooms, paint our selves blue and wear little white turbans and substitute the word gear with smurf

I think the slang use of the word "gear" generally refers to illicit drugs. Not sure if they have any at Golf Town, they do have some nutrition bars there I think...

well, 3 Cleveland CG10 Black Pearl wedges would eat up about $600. A new pair of shoes, about $200. I guess the rest I would spend on a couple of nice shirts and anything left over would be spent on balls.

Does golftown have those new Never compromise putters? The new one Vijay is using?

Set of Cleveland gunmetal wedges probably 60°, 56° , 52° and 46°.
I'd probably buy a dozen each of those crazy high end balls just to give them a wack. A couple of junior sets for my daughters there still a little young but they'll grow into them.
