A long shot

Having moved to Russell, I now find myself taking the transit from just next to Greyhawk. Once spring comes, I was wondering if it was possible in any way, aside from the illegal ones, to be able to hit balls on the range for an hour before taking the bus to work (5:30am to 6:30). Unfortunately I can't afford to join CL. It'd be the absolute best setup for me.

I don't think the range would be open at that time. They open at 7am-ish.

As for using range without membership, I heard Clublink amputates your hands if they catch you.

This is true, i would just call them and see if you could work something out for a few bucks however it seems unlikely knowing Clublink!
