There's many types of people in this world; there's saints, very good people who aren't perfect, good people who have a few flaws, not so good people who have many flaws, losers who have a ton of flaws, horrible people who have almost never do anything good, and then the scum of the earth that you listed.

I don't know Tiger and calling him the biggest loser was over the top. He could be a good person with a few serious flaws, whatever. Replace the word "loser" by "Richard" or "Wang" and that's probably a better way of expressing how I feel about the guy.
