    Question Booking on-line then calling.

    Never done this (book then call), before, always used RM system OR booked with course direct if it was not an RM course. How will this work? At 0900 I check on-line for availability and book (no time assigned) then call the course and see if there is a time I want? What happens if the time available is not suitable? Do I just go back into the system and cancel? Thanks.

    Yes that's correct Kiwi. Not quite as convenient but it's the best we can do if they are not using our booking system.
