I disagree completely. He said the right thing. These are pros, they don't need their hands held. One play does not win or lose a game. If you or your players start blaming other people for their losses in the first week of the season, it's going to be a LOOOOOONG season.
Besides, that interview was more for the press than for the team. The team got their pep talk in the locker room, and I'm sure there were words of encouragement. But all that press conference wanted was for him to start whining about the call. Kudos to him for not giving them anything to talk about.

Won't be changed until offseason. It's the Bert Emmanuel rule.

Donny... you might not believe this but we have the exact same picks this week... not sure if this is good...
Notice you change Clev to KC.... I still like Clev with Seneca Wallace...
You forgot the the TB vs Carolina game... I am on the Panthers...If you think it's hard to meet new people, try picking up the wrong golf ball.

I wouldn't put the Bears and Houston in the same low class as Tampa Bay and Kansas City....
Houston is a really great team... Bears have a good offense and defense is OK... can't say much about TB and the Chiefs
We will see what Tampa Bay does this week vs the Steelers and their 4th string QB...If you think it's hard to meet new people, try picking up the wrong golf ball.

Just dropped Kevin Kolb and picked up Mike Vick, the new starting QB for Philly. Allowed 5 free agent acquisitions, 4 left. In 3rd place in my league.

Donny, are you sure Vick will be the starter? Andy Reid is quite pigheaded and I would be surprise if he would go with Vick. (even though I think he should)

I really think going with Vick makes sense. That O-line cant stop anyone right now and Kolb has no ability to get away. Glad my Eagles finally made a good decision. And Yes Vick started for me last week and will be starting again this week!

Week 3 ATS picks just posted on Twitter. Starting Vick this weekend instead of Matt Ryan or Chad Henne. Wee bit nervous.

With the current line, who would you take in the Pitt/Bucs game?
My name is Paul. And I'm a golfaholic.

I like Freeman, but Pittsburgh's D is enough to win that game. I can see some turnovers leaving Pittsburgh with a really short field. Wouldn't be surprised to see them win by 10 really. Back to earth for the 2-0 Bucs.

The Saints gave one away today in OT. Within a walk of the end zone and on first and 10, they elected to kick a field goal, which they proceeded to miss. Their opponents then scored. With such little confidence in their offence's ability to hold on to the ball while trying to score (they would have had three shots at it), they deserved to lose. As you can guess, I dislike this type of conservative football.

The game shouldn't have even been tied in the first place, Mike Smith went for it on 4th down at the end of the 4th quarter instead of punting and pinning New Orleans very deep. Instead they don't convert, and New Orleans only has to drive about 20 or 30 yards to get into tying field goal range.
