Edmonton Golf
Moving to Edmonton July 1st, was wondering if anyones played golf in Edmonton.
What are you favorite courses? Which ones are a must play?
Also if anyone has someone they know who works at an Edmonton golf course please let me know as I am looking for a golf job!
Much Appreciated ~ Thanks

My aunt and uncle are members at Millwoods. So we always play there. It's a nice course, always good condition. Not sure about jobs though.

Lots of great courses depending upon whay type of layout you link.
If you have any questions, just let me know and I can hopefully give you some insight.
I think I've played most all the courses in/around town.
As for reccommened plays. I'd go for Redtail Landing, Couger Creek, Blackhawk (private), Windemere (private), Country Club (private), Glendale (private), etc.
Stay away from the Bear....they have no water so the course is in TERRIBLE shape. Which is a shame since it's such a great layout.

Edmonton Golf
The Windy is great if you are looking to join,Red Tail landing at the Edmonton airport is a really good high end public. You can drive down to Red Deer and play Wolf Creek its a gem and head to Jasper Its one of Canada's finest!
Glendale has great greens and most of Edmonton's top Amateur players.
Enjoy the land of no sales tax and HST.
Parbreaker04Adams clubs work for me!!!!!!!!!

And lots of options just outside the city.
Barrhead is a hidden gem (might still to $20 Tuesdays), Stoney Plain is a nice one as well that usually has GREAT greens...you'll find golf around Edmonton all depends on your price point, and then your preference of tree lined vs more open, and lots of housing vs no housing.
