I wanted Rocco to win... Good on Tiger.. oh well.. it was pretty entertaining
Some people are like Slinkies... they're really good for nothing, ... but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs...

OK--- now that my stomach has settled down---the match was won on the 17th fairway when Steve called Tiger off the ball-----we will all remember who Rocco Mediate is---a competitor and a gentleman.
Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

What an incredible show This is the first time I wasn't routing for Tiger. It would have meant so much more for Rocco.

Tha was great, congrats to Tiger and to Rocco. I'm pretty bummed for Rocco... I wish he'd have holed that putt on 18!

Rocco fought a good battle to the end.Its always nice to see the underdog win but,........Too bad for him, this would have made such a difference in his career.

It still will make a difference in his career. I wish Tiger would have made his birdie putt on the last hole so that Rocco didn't feel like he loss because he missed.
You can't give people (teams) a second chance. We have all seen it before in hockey, basketball, etc... you have to tame the beast when you have a chance.
We will talk about this tournament for awhile. It was awesome...If you think it's hard to meet new people, try picking up the wrong golf ball.

What a finish! Our adventure to get a glimp of the round a bit wild... after rushed out of the unscheduled meeting from our boss (whom was obviously not a golf fan ), having seen Rocco did 3 straight birdies, we had to find a TV quick. bobblehead and I went to Marcello's deli and asked the lady owner to switch from Euro 2008 to golf, we were in good business, until they've teed off at 18th, the sandwich dude at the shop said it's now 4 pm and they are closing!!! We made a bee line through the drissle across the street to a near by pub just to see the conclusion of the round. Ordered a draft and settling in for the playoff which should come after a commercial...except the station was RDS and not TSN, so the commercial we thought was actually some old documentary...RDS has dropped the feed!!! It was tense moment to get the Barmaid to come out of the kitchen and search for next chanel. Rocco is one tough and gracious player whom got a lot of Lee Triveno persona

It was an amazing playoff and a great US Open in general. Probably the best US Open I've ever watched.
BTW: Does anyone know where I can find a voodoo doll before the British?
