I graduated today!
I got some good news and some bad news today!
First the good:
1. I am officially done with my physiotherapy about 8 weeks ahead of schedule.
2. I have been given the go ahead to start swinging a club indoors but no twisting or push offs with the right leg for about another month.
3. I can return to work March 4th. (about 2 months earlier than anticipated)
4. I don't have to do the home exercises 3 times a day anymore, only once a day.
5. They mesured my knee mobility at 127° about 2° more than normal for a stainless steel knee.
6. I have no more restrictions!
Now the bad news.....
No walking the course for the first few months of golf, if at all this year.....
AND
I can shovel the yard now, as long as I do it slowly and don't take large shovel fulls
Time to go buy a snow blower!Proud member of the 2009 OG/TGN Ryder Cup Champions

So with the success of operation Make Bob part machine, are there any thoughts of more work? Maybe metal legs? Cool Jax arms? You could be robobobo.

That's great to hear Bob, good to see your hard work and dedication paid off.
And as for the no walking the golf course thing......I don't think I ever played a round with you where you didn't take a cart. So this recommendation isn't so far-fetched."A life lived in fear of the new and the untried is not a life lived to its fullest." M.Pare 10/09/08
