We are planning a staff golf outing and one of our members uses a wheelchair. As as such we are searching for an accessible golf cart. Basically, it is hand controlled and the seat swivels outside the cart to facilitate a golf swing. Any ideas if any courses in Ottawa have this cart available, We know courses in Toronto and Montreal but none here.
