Looking for a decent Buffet Restaurant in Kanata?

have a few friends coming up to visit and one request for dining was a chinese buffet place close to Kanata - any ideas? Recommendations?

There is one in the strip mall acorss from the FarmBoy on Hazeldean Rd. I can't recall the name right now, but a rather large selection, and it was rather good food as well. That's about the only one I can think of in Kanata at the moment.

There is a new Chineese Food buffet at the corner of Solandt (I think) and Carling Ave. It is where Jason's used to be. Outstanding food, always fresh and hot. The family and I go there at least 3 times a month.

I really can't say enough about the food......simply outstanding.

There's a new Japanese buffet just opened up down Carling Ave (formerly Rose Bowl Steak House).. east of Maitland.

1000 Islands Sushi I believe. It a buffet, but your orders are served by the waitresses. So they are made fresh. We're still raving about it from last week visit.

Yep. And the restaurant is kind of weird because of the fact that there are no windows and it's pretty obvious where the stage was.

Name of the place is "Dragon Lee" BTW.

I think the Rose Bowl is still there, but the 1000 Islands Sushi is where the old Steak and Caesar was, on the south side of Carling?

Yes it's on the South side. Rose bowl was there many years ago then they moved across the street? Anyways the Sushi place is painted lime green and bright gold, you can't miss it. Decors inside is much better..
