wilson 50 ball
If you want to try a good, cheap, durable, good looking ball, try the Wilson staff 50 ball....Very soft to touch, feels good off the club, putts well and is cheap!!!!!!
My two cents worth anyway....
have a good day..

I bought a sleeve of these balls to try and let me say I am impressed.
I had a couple drives past my buddy today and he plays Pro V's. Normally we are close in distance off the tee with the drivers.
I hit some short irons into the greens and the ball stopped nicely. Seems to putt fine too. For the price I would say these are a pretty good buy. The low compression makes em jump off the clubface. I bet these would be great cold weather balls.
Of course this is just based on my opinions and I am a HACK right nowMy opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

I picked up a box of the 50s to try them out based on all the rave reviews. I have to say I am pretty impressed.
Pretty decent spin for a two-piece ball and good feel off all clubs. Distance wise I don't think they were as long for me as other balls but I can't say for sure since I wasn't playing one of my normal courses.
As an extra bonus, they are selling them at Golftown right now with a bonus sleeve of Tx4s. That is a really good deal since you are basically getting a $10 sleeve of balls for free. If you are looking for a good high end ball, the Tx4 is it.Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

How does the Wilson 50 compare to the infamous TF D2 feel. I currently play the D2 and have good things about the 50 as well. Has anyone played both?

I'd love to hear about the comparison as well.

What's the going price for a dozen Wilson 50? Are they are available at GT?
Another question, does anyone know the compression of D2 feel and Wilson 50?

24.99 at Golftown with a bonus sleeve of Tx4s.
The compression of the 50 is in fact 50 according to the Wilson web site.
Couldn't find a number for the D2.Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

Hey ,
Just want to let you all know I just bought the Wilson 50/50 . They were packed as a 2 ball pack. Cost was $2.00 per pack. A buck a ball..You don't mind losing a few at this price. The problem was I did not buy enough. My friends all had to try them. I hope they still have some next week. Used them today at Smugglers.. Very nice ball.. Loved them around the greens and putting.
This was at the GT Whitby/Oshawa area location not sure if they have them in Ottawa.

I as at T&L on Bank St yesterday...you get a 2-ball pack when you purchase a dozen Wilson 50 balls. Try the 2-ball pack and if you don't like them, you can return the box of balls no problem.
