Too many drivers to choose from...Help!
Hey guys, I'm looking for a new driver to replace the old (very old) Callaway driver I use right now. I'm looking to stay under $300 (before taxes) but I'm somewhat overwhelmed by how much selection there is. Let me know if you own/demo'd a driver in this price range and what your experience was like...or feel free to throw out some brands I didn't mention
So far I've checked out:
-TM R7 425/460
-TM R7 Draw
-Titleist 905R
-Callaway FT-3
-Callaway X-460
-Cleveland Hi-Bore
-Nike SQ (I think its on sale for under $300 at GT)
Thanks for your feedback...and if anyone has one of these or something similar that they want to sell to me privately it has to be left handed , stiff shaft (regular may be an option) and ideally a 9.5 or lower loft. Just PM me!

Drivers are a personal preference thing, kind of like underwear. You really need to try them to see if you like the way they look/feel.
The look part is easy enough. Just head out to Golftown and see if you like a particular model/models. Then come back to the classifieds here and there's likely to be one available. Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!
