If Charles' swing truly stays fixed then Dunigan deserves some kind of medal.

Hope he's fixed, because I find it pretty sad that he went from a 12 handicapper to...THAT. No one wants to see someone quit the game they love.

He claims he can make a fine practice swing but as soon as the ball is there he gets that horrible hitch.

Yeah I think the captions were supposed to come up after the clips but they were before and it didn't make much sense...

PD, had any success with the drills that John Dunigan gave you in March on this forum?

That was pretty sweet…….I was very impressed that the man himself took the time post on this forum. I was amazed.

It ain't fixed until he can do it on a golf course. Repeating it on the range is one thing. Actually turning it into results on the course is another altogether.

    HI there,

I've got bad news. Charles, after tellng me he'd be back so much I'd get sick of him, never did show up again, so I didn't get to talk to him about playing golf with the focus on Just Do it RIGHT rather that how well you are playing. This attitude would get him to learn the new swing in no time. Don't plan on seeing a good move from him. Sorry about the captions. Don't know what happened and haven't had the time or inclination to fix the problem. Well over 40 hours of lessons per week!

    John

Why such a short follow through? it looks as though he is trying to hit a punch shot. It is also obvious by looking at his set up position that he definitely needs longer clubs.

To get the junk out of his head--he had so many things in there it was no wonder he couldn't swing--we had to take a get it from HERE on the backswing, to HERE on the downswing. We would have finished the swing in the next lesson, after he had some real confidence but there wasn't one... His clubs are already 1.5 inches long!

Did you approach him or he contacted you to fix his swing? Do you know if he gave up on the game?

well yes, i did go with a the drills...but not much came out of them honestly...but...after re-reading what he spoke of after you reminding me, i have one still to try, the one with the left knee kept still from top through downswing...i did the other with little help...an odd snap hook wich was the point i presume. will come back later with results of last tip he had for me.

    thanks again John
