The pool is up. Get to it here:
http://www.nationalcapitalgolftour.c...6/Default.aspx
You have until 8:00am June 2nd to enter. Even though it is on the NCGT site, you don't have to be a member of NCGT to play, just be a registered member on the site. Please ask me any questions that you might have. The rules of the pool are on the page. It's only for fun, so please take it that way.It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others.

Gentlemen,
Greensmere is offering 1 free Green fee as a prize for our match play tournament. At this time I do not know if there are any conditions (cart, certain time of day, etc...).
For now, the green fee will be given to the finalist (aka loser) of the final match. That is, unless some other golf course provides with a better prize
Thanks to Greensmere.

Also, just to make sure everybody is on par with the "extra holes" rule in case a match ends up all square after 18 holes:
As per RCGA rules, Appendix I:
<<
Match Play
A match that ends all square should be played off hole by hole until one side wins a hole. The play-off should start on the hole where the match began. In a handicap match, handicap strokes should be allowed as in the prescribed round.

While this might work in "official" matches, I think some courses may have something to say if you try to get on the first tee again, especially if there is a starter there. Anyone have any experience with that?
Last year Dan and I had to play 3-4 extra holes at the meadows and just went back and played the West and South finishing holes (whereever we could squeeze in without holding anyone up).I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.
