Hi,
I'm looking for a site where I could enter some mesurement and it will give me how long should I extend my shaft and the loft needed also...
Thank you,

Try Ping's site. They have a web-fitting program that you can enter variables into. The best thing to do though would be getting fit in person.

Also do a search on "wrist to floor" measurement which will give you a starting point.
I say starting point because any fitting based simply on body measurements will not be perfect. You need to do a dynaminc fit, i.e. swinging a club, to get the proper fit.
