Been caught swinging?
Just reading mpare's post on the thread about where you keep you clubs during the winter & thought, "yeah, I do that" I often go out to my front lawn in the winter & wail away at the snow. I can check my swing in the large front window. My neighbors already think I'm nuts. One of them understands, he delivers sod for a turf farm nearby, so he always asks me where I'm golfing. Just wondering where anybody here has been caught swinging? Ever catch anyone on your follow-through?

You should've made the title "Been caught swinging a golf club?". The way it is now you might get some unwanted pms/emails from some rather shady characters asking you some very uncomfortable and personal things.

Having been swinging (the clubs that is) with Hacker last night, I thought he was a very pleasant guy... Except a couple of times when I out drove him (with his 3 wood no less). This man could swear for 3 minutes without repeating himself!!

Sorry guys, I was exagerating. I believe the strong language was resulted from the Sens game on TV near us . Did you see the shooting contest with the poor fella came up 1 short of a million dollars? We were berating the poor guy... The ironic thing was when we resumed our sim game, a couple of us missed the entire 10 foot screen from 15 feet away.

WHO ME?? Come on Indio! I mean the name KNICKERS, women's change room, I am not even going there.
As for swinging at work. I have been known to hit a few golf balls at the back end of the Big Blue Ford plant down here. They cut down my big tree that I used as a Launch Monitor. It was approx. 130 yards away from where I hit balls from. Big old tree and if I could carry a ball over it with a driver then I knew I had hit it deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep. After they cut it down I had to launch my driver/3 wood shots at the building down the roadway. I bet a foreman I could hit a ball with a 3 wood to some 45 gallon drums down that way. He said no way that is 250+ carry. He lost! Mind you that was two years ago when I was young
Oh then there was the time my ex foreman and I were having a little contest to see who could get the closest to the outside wall and hit wedge shots up onto the roof 25 feet above us. I won!
Problem was I came close to picking off a Skilled Trades Foreman who happened to be up on the roof checking out some venting! Hey it was not my fault he was on the green I was hitting my approach shot too! He asked my foreman about that a week later "Do you know who would be hitting golf balls onto the roof?" My foreman said "No one I know from my time zone" Best cover up for the summer right there!
However I think my greatest feat at work was hitting a SW off the concrete floor, right out the partially opened big back door. Picked it clean off that floor, and sent it over the roadway! My work partners were truly impressed as they sat there on break and watched that one unfold!
I think we are all likely quilty of taking a few divots in our backyards. Afterall we are golfers! Those wiffle balls over the roof were always fun to hit!My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

Golfbum, I was being nice and ended up with a locker in the girls change room(thats what you get for being a good guy).
As far as the knickers. Ive tryed them all. boxers, breifs, boxerbreifs, comando. But I just havnt found the same feeling I get with a nice pair of silk knickers.
There you go guys. Have a field day with that one.Last edited by knickers; 01-02-2007 at 09:16 PM.
