Christmas Dinner
I'm making two turkeys, one in the oven and one deep fried, for my side of the family's christmas dinner tonight. My step-mother-in-law is making a ham for the wife's side tomorrow. HAM???? I've never had a ham for christmas, I mean, it's HAM!

very wierd, I was just thinking about this today. We are having a ton of people over to my house this year. The wierd thing is they are all indian and non of whom celebrate xmas. Most of the people are hindu so they are veggies... my muslims friends that are coming only eat halaal meat (which this isn't)... should be an interesting night. I think its just going to be a regular house party with better food

I love glazed ham
My wife makes ham with a marmalade brown sugar mustard glaze that is to die for...but she prefers turkey. Since the large butterballs were selling for $66.00, we are having a small turkey, and a ham!

What? I don't see Turducken on the list.
I did one last year for Christmas and then another one for Thanksgiving this year. Sounds bizarre but tastes awesome.
Unfortunately this year is at the in-laws so we will be having over-cooked Turkey.
