what is the most expensive thing you have ever lost?
For me it would would have to be my gold chain. My grandma gave it to me when she came to visit from india. It was worth something like $1500. I lost it at a house party, someone asked if they could see it and I said sure, they gave it back and I put it in my pocket, got drunk and never saw it again

A telephoto lens I had rolled up in my sleeping bag was just a lens cap when the bag was unrolled. So much for trying to be smart and distributing the gear instead of carrying another bag.
Wedding ring was lose and came off while water skiing. Bye-bye. That sucked.Life dinnae come wit gimmies so yuv got nae chance o' gitt'n any from me.

Laser Range Finder off the roof of the car on the way to Malone or my dive watch off of my golf bag at Falcon Ridge (another reason to dislike playing that course)
It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others.

Does my first wife count?? My mother wouldn't consider her to be a "Loss" but it certainly was expensive

thats why when get married I'm not getting her a ring, I'm taking her to a tatoo join, have a ring tatooed to her finger and then ask her to marry me... she will have no choice but to say yes!
But don't most women take off their wedding rings after a few months, put it away in the saftey dep. box and then just wear their band? why would anyone ever take the band off?

did you by chance lose that when you got bugsy? cause if that is the case, that would make perfect sense!

My grandfather's gold watch. It pains me to even think about it now. It was of even higher sentimental value than monetary value, & thats saying something.
