I can not find the thread where Jeremy Roenick was mentioned. However I do recall some people razing me about the Sharks wasting their money picking him up as a free agent.

Some said he would not be good for the team.

Well so far that has been proven wrong. He is second in scoring for the Sharks and appears to be quite happy in San Jose. Must be the weather, the beaches, the bikinis and the fact he is on the same team as Joe Thornton! I mean who would not be happy playing on the same team as Joe?

Anyways, we will see what the rest of the season brings but so far it looks good for Jeremy. He scored his 500th goal and gave the puck to GM Wilson to show his appreciation for getting another chance to play hockey.

Love him or hate him you have to admit the man has been a solid performer during his 19 years in the league.
