What do you remember the most...

What do you remember the most about the last game you played?

For me it would be the 16 two-putts I had, plus a one and a three.

I remember shooting my best score ever (91) and how crap my chipping and putting (37 putts) were. Short game practice is so underrated!

The temper tantrum my son had when I wrote a 4 on his score card and he thought it should have been a 3.

    hmmm..

Last real round (the family round was 9 at Thunderbird) ... the 9 (only one this year).

That on every tee it took one of my playing partners more time to his shot that it did for the other three of us to hit ours.
Sorry, I should have said one of my FORMER playing partners...

I think I'll remember this one for a long time..I had my first round in the 60's on Sunday.

Shot a 68...from the whites at Predator. I always play the blue tees but decided to do something different this time, and what do you know...5 birdies and 1 bogie later. I'm still stoked about it!

The X I took on the 9th hole at Stonebridge after unexpectedly losing my ball in the fescue behind the green. I HATE taking X's!

Well... that and all of the skins that I won!

It was a thing of beauty.
The second shot on the 18th hole. The last par 5 of the day, hitting my 3 wood, pin high and about 15 ft away from the hole. (made birdie as first putt wasnt short ).

Oh yeah and closing out your FC 5 and 4 on the 14th hole with a miracle par saver was pretty cool too.

Let's see; winning our OGT event at Greensmere last Sunday was nice for sure but I'll never forget my 39 on the front nine.
I took 19 golf shots AND 20 putts to get that total. Four 3-putts with 3 of them from 25 ft.

Hmm, since my "last round" was today, my tie (5 way BTW) for the OGT win last Sunday was not in the running for mention in this thread, but I can't let that one go without comment George!

32 putts en route to a respectable 85. What do I remember most about it? Was just a really fun game of golf with a friend.

What I remember from my last round today was not HOOKING the ball. A couple of pulls but no hooks. Shot 80 because I have NO short game. Putting wasn't all that spectacular either. But NO HOOKS. Actually hit some par threes in reg. without having to aim 45-50* right of the target. Gotta keep that swing feeling.

Oh yeah, and almost beaning a player in the group in front of us. Had about 225 uphill on a par five for my second shot. Chose 5 iron and proceeded to put the ball flag high, left side of the green just off the rough. Didn't think it would go that far, but first splitting a guy putting and guy holding the flag. Can you say sweet spot..FFFOOORRREEE!

Wow! No hooks and a 225 yard uphill 5-iron... Those must be good irons!

I think I need stiffer shafts and less offset. Used MP14s with Rifle 6.0. Seemed to help. Looking into some options along those lines.
