Job Summary
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and fulfillment across multiple channels.
• Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and/or feedback and providing information through various channels, including but not limited to telephone, online (web, social media, chat), and in writing.
• Processing and/or editing customer transactions as required.
• Coordinate daily operations, prepare and track shipments for customer orders.
• Receive all product deliveries and maintain flow of inventory to the facility (sort and unpack product, update inventory status)
• Collaborates and communicates with other departments with regards to preparing inventory, inventory movement, delivery enquiries and concerns.
• Assist with the development and execution of communication campaigns to new and existing customers through our social media and sales platforms.
• Assist in development of shipping processes/procedures and strategies to streamline and provide cost savings for existing processes.
• Assist in the development of customer service processes/procedures.

Education and Experience
• Two years relevant experience in a customer support environment, providing support to customers in writing and electronically.
• Experience in the Shopify eCommerce platform would be an asset.
• Experience with CRM software such as Zendesk would be an asset.
• Golf knowledge and/or experience in the golf industry is essential for success in this position.
• Fulfillment and shipping experience is essential for success in this position.
• Completed university or College degree in applicable field of study.
• Combination of relevant experience, formal training and demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements.

I got 2 Red Rooster gloves delivered a couple of weeks back. They are excellent gloves, Tour Quality. They were a little small and were exchanged for a larger size with the rep coming to my house in person that night to change them.
