    The History Of Golf

Do you remember Persimmon Woods? Or metal spikes? How about the days when we carried one wedge, and that was a Pitching Wedge. We learned how to play many different shots with that club. How about those old rock hard Top Flite's we teed up? Some of you may not have had those experiences in golf. Such as laminated woods (I actually saw an older gentleman using laminated woods about two weeks ago, and it brought back memories!)

For those who desire to learn a little about the history of golf the following link is a great place to visit. Go and read about the beginnings of this great game we love and live for.
