Passing of great OG Member...
Fellow OG members,
It is with great sadness that I’ve been made aware of the passing of OG Member Robert Lefebvre (known as BOB LEFEBVRE on this forum) after a courageous battle against cancer. I’m sure a lot of fellow members on this forum had the pleasure to play and deal with him or have clubs fixed by him. We loss a great member and friend. RIP Bobby...

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mr. Robert J. Lefebvre.
Passed away in hospital, with his wife Cathy by his side on Friday, August 14th, 2020, son of the late Bernard and Eileen Lefebvre (Meadows) and son-in-law of the late Robert and Catherine McBride (Crowe). He is also survived by his brother Conrad (Judy), sisters-in-law Gail Baldelli (the late Ron), Linda McBride (pre-deceased), brother-in-law Wayne Stonehouse (Nancy) as well as several nieces and nephews and many friends from the golfing community.
A celebration of Bob’s life may be held at a later date. For those wishing, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice.

I met Bob for the first time last year, he had a dry sense of humor, caught me off guard at first. We met not long after one of his treatments and he hated the fact he could not yet get out and golf. I am sorry for his family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Bob's family at this very sad time. Bob and I became friends many years ago. We shared a lot of stories and laughs together.
I will miss him!
