    Great golf and service

I have seen a few post blasting poor conditions or service, I would like to hear the opposite. Where have you experience great service and conditions in Ottawa.

Ottawa Hunt Club. First rate. Course is fully deserving of its 42nd overall ranking in Canada and is once again top 10 in the country in overall conditions. The fairways are like carpet. I know that this is hard to appreciate if you haven’t played it but to provide a point of reference the fairways are roughly the same as nice greens at most local courses. No dandelions. No burned areas. No dead spots. This year they made some significant changes to the north nine redoing the two par threes and expanding the size of the pond on number 7, encasing the entire water hazard with stone. It looks fantastic and has put more teeth in what was already a difficult hole. Posted green speed today was 11.7. The range is generally between 11.5 and 12.2 but they are very true and putts online will drop.

I also tip my hat to the staff who have always treated me and my family so well. The property is first rate and is honestly deserving of more praise.

I would also like to recognize Carleton golf and yacht club. Carleton is providing free golf to hospital staff on Sunday afternoons. The course is in good shape. The staff are very polite and attentive to details. As far as value, I don’t think there is a better membership in the city. 18 holes that will have you hitting every club in your bag. Hole 17 is still one of the toughest greens I’ve ever played. Well done Carleton!

Equinelle for sure---Buckingham--Canadian--Casselview has always been good as well as Oaks of Cobden. It's not the club--it is the people
    Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?
