I play without a glove. Rock climbers chalk or even just some dirt from the cart path can help if you don't want to be wearing two gloves when it's broiling hot.

I use a cream call gamer grip. You can buy it Amazon. Works great.

Never had issues with the gamer grip with damaging the grips. It just keep you from not sweating as much. I put some 2 a round at most and just a few drops each time.

The dirt and chalk just take care of excess moisture, you wipe on a towel before gripping. Grips might look a touch grimy but nothing a quick wipe with a damp cloth after the round didn't fix.

No problem. Hope you find one that works. I ordered some of that lotion stuff after reading this thread.

With covid 19 and the need to use hand sanitizer, I’ve discovered that other than protect me, it also dries out my hands and helps reduce sweat.

I just make sure part of my towel is wet and I wipe my hands clean and then dry them right before my shot. I don't wear gloves. Plus you may want to consider the type of grip you're using on your clubs if you don't wear gloves normally.

Purell and water with ice cubes in it, basically an ice bath, it dries up the hands.
