Pineview Booking Issues
On Sat, I had a pre-booked tee off time for a single at 1:10.
I got to the course and it was on time.
The Marshall than informed me that I couldn't tee off at 1:10 because there was no spot.
He said the earliest I might be able to tee off is 1:40...maybe.
If not, he wasn't sure when.
Well, I decided to get a refund and left.
It was a little annoying considering I had booked a time.
Anyone else having booking issues?

Same thing here
Same thing happened to me at Sandpoint on Sunday. I had booked and confirmed on chronogolf and when I got there (within the required 15 mins before tee-time), I was told that my slot had been given to a member. Not getting into any details but I was non pleased to say the least. No apologies given either - So just went back home and back to yard work.....

Did you have your Chronogolf confirmation ?????

you gave in that easily? Did you not have a confirmation number or email from chronogolf on your phone to show as proof.

Hard to figure out what happened. Maybe you were booked on a different day by mistake.
I'm not sure why the "greeter" would have sent you down to the proshop without a tee time confirmed on his sheet. That is not supposed to happen. Also unclear why you ended up paying without a confirmed slot. Seems like a series of mistakes.
Online booking is the best bet. If you do phone in you should provide an email address so the time can be linked to an account and you would get a confirmation.This is not the Pine View you remember from years gone by. I had a confirmed spot. I called in to the Pro Shop and asked if they had a spot open on Sat for a single player. They said they had several spots open starting at 1:10 pm. So, I booked that spot. When I got to the Course, I went to the Pro Shop to pay for the golf and a cart. My spot was there in the computer. I went to get my clubs and went back to the 1st Tee where the Marshall asked for my time and told me there wasn't a spot. I don't think his sheet had my name on it but he said there were groups of foursomes until 1:40 and then there might be a spot open then...maybe. If not he wasn't sure when he could fit me in. So, I just got a refund and left. At that point, the greeter approached me and asked what happened and I explained. He couldn't understand why it happened.

I was going to book on-line, but I called the Pro Shop to confirm if Carts were allowed that day (course conditions). So, while I was on the phone, I just booked the spot. As far as confirmation, it was confirmed in your computer when I showed up.
