Golf Workout Programs
Hey Guys,
I do spend a few days a week at the gym trying to maintain and certain level of fitness. It had dawned on me recently that what I want out of weight training is the same thing that could be attained by a golf specific program. Does anyone here train on a regular basis particularly for golf. I am interested in increased agilty, fitness and most of all club head speed. It would be good to get some feed back on programs that you use and that have worked in the past for you.

Here is a site with advice. The links below are for improved flexibility through stretching before and on a regular basis re: golf.
The second one features pictures if you look down to Dr.Divots golf warm-up, the third is for improving wrist strength for better control of the club. Hope it helps.
