    The Bank of Scotland is issuing a £5 note with Jack Nicklaus' portrait on it to commemorate his career and final British Open appearance. He is the first American, and the only living person, other than royalty, to be so honoured.

    Why would it? Why not? Why is Jack's face on the new UK bank note? He's an American just like Tiger.

    The chances of Tiger being on a US bill are slim to none. Golf is Scotland's game, not America's.
    There's a much better chance that someone like Babe Ruth or Dale Earnhardt would get his mug on a US bill.
    Perhaps Tiger will get his face on Monopoly currency one day, but I doubt it.

    I was just being obnoxious, I know Tiger will probably never get his face on any bill, and your right golf is Scotland's game so that is a big honour for Jack. I think Michael Jordan should have his face on a Canadian $$ since basketball was invented by a Canadian...what do you think??

    I'm not sure I would jump on the Jordan bandwagon!

    I know the queen is a hottie and all, but I wouldn't mind seeing maybe Terry Fox, or Gretz on a Canadian bill or coin.

    I saw the queen in at high tea a while back & she doesn't look anything like the stamp or bill. Must be all that Botox.

    Is MJ Canadian? NO, so why put his mug on our bills?

    Jack being honoured by Scotland is totally different, there is no comparison.
