Well, it looks quite impressive - especially considering the budget you've mentioned.
    So thanks for sharing!

    Hi -

Happy to help out but prefer to chat here that way questions and answers can be seen by others also looking to do a set up.

Hey, I would love to come by sometime when the situation allows to see it and fond out after you've used it if there is anything you would change. Also, what is the height of the room?

Would be nice to have you... I have 9 foot ceilings, and I am 6 feet tall and stand on a mat that is about 1.5 inches thick. I have glanced the ceiling twice with driver, but only when I was quite out of position on my follow through. I have changed a couple of things and still have a couple of to do's. So starting with the to do's. First I will move the projector back farther and I will go to a 1080p projector as a minimum. Second, when the ball lands it hits artificial grass over quarter inch felt pad. I am going to replace the felt pads with those square exercise tiles. I have done some experiments and they kill the energy and sound. Things that I have already changed; I have wall mounted a monitor above the computer. Finally, have removed all the blankets and padding behind the impact screen and put in golf netting. The netting behind the screen completely removes all remaining energy (read no bounce back) even from my highest ball speed (150 mph).

Thanks for the prompt reply! So ordered angled iron and bungee cords. Blankets and cinema drapes come tomorrow. I was hoping tio find out few details as belkow:

Measured the space I'm working with. In a finished garage, 10.5 feet high, 11 feet wide and only 9 feet deep.
3 angle irons (2 vertical, one horizontal on top) and bungee cords to support the screen, 3 angle irons about 6-8 inches behind the screen with blanket/net to dampen the hit and wear on the screen (Carl's place premium screen)
Screen is 10.5 ft wideX8 feet high.
Not sure what is the minimum distance I need to have from screen to hit the balls.
Also need to make room for ceiling projector (Benq, short throw) and the skytrak (got the metal case for)

my main questions to start the project is:

should I cut the angled irons almost same as the screen size?
how much distance between the back wall of garage and the impact screen, even with 2 layers. I want to minimize that as I only have about 8-9 feet depth
how far do I need to be minimum to hit?
is 10.5 inch height enough? I'm 6 feet tall
Does hitting area need to be centered? Even though I have about 10.5 feet wide space, it will be better hitting off center to avoid and chance of hitting the overhead garage door.
How much distance for wedge hits? Will they always hit the ceiling or just the missed hit ones? (I still need to figure out club trajectories when hitting indoors.

Then I have whole bunch of questions about the protection around the frame and walls/ceiling etc

Sorry, I know it cant be that bad but I just want to get it kinda right so I didnt mes anything up. I'm sure you can help with some of these questions. Thanks for the help! Let me know if you need more info or pics.

Also, should I go with EMT pipes like you did or stick with angle iron? I cant find the 3 way connectors for them anywhere, unless I order from US and wait 3 weeks! angle iron seems easier to connect. Thanks again!
