    Greensmere or Canadian?

Which course to you look better? Why?

Trying to decide which one we should play tomorrow, my cousin is coming from out of town and would like to take him to a nice course

I found last year that you are better off training a monkey to throw golf balls into a bucket from 30 feet and basing you decision of whether it is going to rain on the number of balls in the bucket than use the weather network. I got screwed too many times last year when they said "100% POP" and I sit at home (bitter) getting a sun burn. They are only ever correct about the weather 10 minutes ago (and even then not at 100%).

The ottawa area is quite big. It can be pouring with rain downtown, while a course to the south (like Manderley) can be under blue skies.

Get an umbrella, rain gear (just in case) and go golfing. Use some judgement with regards to the weather, but if you blindly trust the weather network then prepare to be screwed every so often.

    Just my opinion.
    Back at it.

Ahhh. so that's why you like the Meadows so much! You love doglegs to the right.

    No

I like the Meadows becasue it's only 12 minutes from here, has excellent greens all year long, good price, good mix of holes on all 4 9's, and pace is awsome for us in the am. Not to mention the friendly staff

That's why I like the Meadows.
