Left my bushnell rangefinder with magnetic wrap on the side of my golf cart at chateau cartier on Sunday. Just went thru my bag and realized its gone. Called them and the person at the desk said nothing has been returned (without even taking a second to respond or even look) I dropped my cart off and didnt grab it off the side rail of the cart.

what should I do? just let it go?
