They are not considered hazards as I recall so you can remove rocks I believe

Best conditioned course for $30 (or under) within 50 minutes of Ottawa? I played Rockland last weekend for $29 after 2PM and would play it again but would like to try another course if it's worth it.
I'm willing to tee off in the afternoon so twilight rates are fine.

Loch March is nice and lush, a couple of wet areas but overall really good shape. The dragon fly program they are using to manage bugs seems to be working really well, not one bite yesterday afternoon. I shied away from this course the past few years but I will consider playing it more often now if the mosquito situation is under control.

Played Stonebridge yesterday and it is in great shape. Not sure if they have a new greenskeeper but their greens are the best I have ever seen them. They are rolling unbelievably nice and true and are miles ahead of where they were a couple of years ago. Great job!. They have also filled in a few more bunkers as well (on 5, 8, 14 that I recall) to make them grass bunkers. Pace was great yesterday morning, got around in 2:30 by myself.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

Hammond yesterday was okey, greens are nice, a bit slow but overall good, fairways are fair. But on a positive note, i forgot my socks at home and when i got there the pro shop had none for sale so asked in the restaurant and the manager (Michel) gave me a brand new pair of socks even when i offered to buy them he would not take any $$ from me. He said,: Your a father, Happy Fathers Day !!!!

played le Diable and le Geant this week , superior courses but average shape, a fair number of thin fairways , most greens are nice and lightning quick. They also do provide excellent and friendly service. Worth the drive just dont pay full pop.
