Why can't you view your bookings online and/or cancel times already booked? I think this was possible last year?

It is possible. Click on "My Bookings" on the booking page.

I would like to suggest a small change to improve the procedure for booking OG member rounds at courses where you must book your tee times by phone (i.e., Metcalfe, Riverbend, etc.).

Currently, after you select the course you want to play you are asked to accept the booking without knowing whether or not any tee times are available. Once you accept, the next screen gives you the course phone number and tells you to log into "MY BOOKINGS" and cancel your round if no tee times are available.

Why not give out the course phone number on the Acceptance screen, and have people call the course for tee times right then and there? Then they could press "I ACCEPT" or "CANCEL" right after they hang up the phone, instead of going through the cumbersome procedure logging into "MY BOOKINGS" and cancelling a round (and then logging back into "OG MEMBER RESERVATIONS" to try and book a round somewhere else).

That, and a lot of other stuff will be added in time. We are still polishing up the various requirements for split tees and shotgun tournaments for the golf courses. We have a long list and things are being added and moved around a lot.
