    Me too, I have tried this putter many times, I seem to sink everything with it at Golf Town, if I can bring those carpets to the course I would snatch it up

    I am not sure about 38", I assume these can be cut??

    It can but not easy as it is counter balanced so not a simple one

    Yes can easily be. Cut down . It is and isn't a counterbalance putter ibut that is the beauty off the weight kit . So you can replace the Grip with super stroke counter core Grip or standard Grip .
    Adjust it to what weight you like

    The grip on the putter comes with a weight port . you can put either a blank weight , 15 gram or 50 gram in it. |So you can cut it down and use a regular grip and adjust the head weight to fit. or a winn counter core grip which takes the these weights . Very adjustable putter
