Wow !!! an awful lot of USGA experts on this topic. The way I read it, he commited the imfraction, was rebuked by the USGA. Sounds like he did the crime, got his punishment (rebuked) and moved on. The must have been a lot of cheetos spilt on the couch in the mad rush to find the cordless and call this one in.
