Update:
This can be used towards initiation at ANY ClubLink course. Also, if you join ClubLink prior to Feb 26 2017, ClubLink will give you a complimentary custom fitting experience from TaylorMade along with a complimentary TaylorMade M1 or M2 driver, fairway wood, or hybrid. PLUS you'll both be automatically entered to win a full set of clubs.

Does the credit itself have to be used by a certain date?

I am now selling the credit for $2000. This is towards initiation. The cost to join each course for the remander of this season is listed in the above post by Bodey. Clublink will also deduct this cost into your yearly dues for next year - pending of course that you register as a member in 2018. PM me if you have any questions.

How would club link members rank the condition of the local club link courses? I've been told by a couple members that Kanata is in the best shape this season but I'd love to hear from others who play all the properties.

I've played all the properties in Ottawa and Quebec this summer. I can say that the conditions are much better than the average course. I think if you ask any member they'll say the same thing...
