I played in a tourney there yesterday and the greens were still beaten up but are getting better. This is a beautiful layout and very nice course but the catering at the Clubhouse needs serious work. It made for a sour ending to a nice day on the course. The food was not ready, the meal was small in portion and they kept running out of stuff and did not replenish in time at the buffet table. No need for any of that when the restaurant has known for weeks the number of people and exactly what time they will be eating, WOW, hard to understand.

We played there yesterday. the #2 green has now opened, however they top dressed it just before we started playing. The greens rolled pretty well, even if they were a bit furry, A few ball marks, but for the most part, it's in pretty good shape for only being opened for a couple of weeks.

Probably the most interesting layout I have ever played. First time there was last season at OGT's "Fall Classic", and I absolutely loved the course. I went to school up there in highschool, and although I was not playing golf at the time, I am not surprised that the conditioning takes longer in that area...

Does anyone know if Heritage CLOSES earlier than courses more in the Ottawa area, or do they open AND close late?

I Love this course. We spent 2 days there in May with 12 golfers and were treated like Kings.
