I am going to visit my brother in Hamilton in a couple of weeks.
For under $50.00 where should I go to play golf?

king's forrest, is a little more than 50, but is a good golf course.

Check out the following courses while your in the area:

Southbrook (under $40 after 12pm on weekends) - nice layout
Copetown Woods ($64) but cheaper during twilight - excellent condition
King's Forest ($54) but worth every penny
Flamborough Hills ($52) with 3 nines to choose from

If you really want to treat yourself check out www.willowvalleygolf.com
It's $79, but it is by far the best course in the area.

Some current information for you. Southbrook is in lousy shape so avoid. Willow Valley is usually in excellent shape but the back nine is very congested, e.g. the 10th green, 14th green, 11th tee, and 15th tee are all within 30 yards of each other. King's Forest is the best of the group but the greens are a little spotty right now, typical of the area this season.

Sundrim or Sandusk. Both cost 20 bucks a golfer after 4pm, and are off of highway 6 south of Caledonia
