Mt. Ste. Marie
I am thinking of using my free pass to play Ste. Marie later this week (Wed., Thurs.). Wondering if anybody has played there yet this year and what kind of shape it is in? As well if anybody is interested in joining me, looking to tee off around 9AM to 10AM? PM back if interested.

coupon
Check your coupon, isn't there a date restriction...last year it was before May 18th after Sept something.

I also have the free pass, and was going to use it today, but I understand there is a TIME restriction on it, and you need to use a power cart.
That was the info relayed to me.

The date restriction is before May 29th and after Sept. something. You usually only have to use a cart on weekends. As far as I know carts are not mandatory with the coupon.

The course was not in good shape about a week ago. They had many temp greens and it was not dry yet at all. The greens that were used were not even managable sometimes either. I am glad it was a free round. The course is prob. best in the fall.

Thanks for the heads up Paulio. Think I'll wait to Sept. to use my free round. Too bad though, I really like the course when it is in good shape.

Wait
Definetly wait until the fall, and carts are only mandatory weekends before 2:00.

Did someone play it over the weekend. I have a tournament there on Thursday and would like to know the condition of the course beforehand.
Thx

I just called and according to the pro shop they are up and running with no temp greens. According to them the course has come back fairly well and is in good shape as of now.

Played Mont Ste-Marie on the weekend and it was in pretty good shape. All greens were opened and none were a disaster.
