Both courses are very nice (especially their Par 3)

Other course to consider around there (Williamsburg) Colonial heritage (links style) Ford Colony (36 holes) New Kent, Club at Viniterra
    Kingsmill (River and Plantation course)

Book with www.virginiagolfvacation.com I tried to book all by myself and they were 200$ lower than what I found for a week of golf
I booked with them 5 times and were never disappointed

Williamsburg, VA is a really nice place for a golf trip everything is a short distance and the city is clean and safe

    +1 for www.virginiagolfvacation.com

we just got back from a trip in Williamsburg Va, excellent time

Rd 0 Fords Colony (not part of the trip, but we were early so..think it was about $60Cdn

    Rd 1 Traditions at Stonehouse
    Rd 2 Club at Viniterra
    Rd 3 River Front
    Rd 4 Traditions at Brickshire
    Rd 5 Colonial Heritage

The traditions courses give you a free lunch (Sandwich or burger menu) + 2 free beers and unlimited golf for the day. Viniterra was unlimited as was Colonial Heritage. You couldn't pay me to go back to River Front...Pretty sure that one is a Stevie Wonder Designed course...just awful.

We stayed at GreensSprings, great condos with a pool and hottub if you are so inclined, not too far from any of the courses we went to, and awesome rooms...Checked in just after 3pm Sunday, Checked out Saturday morning...

The trip was around $550 US, absolutely worth it however we were close to the end of their offseason and rates may be higher now.

Played 162 holes in 6 days, the weather was excellent, carts included at each course.

    Hope this helps.
