P3pro power supply

I am searching for a power supply for my p3pro the original rubber top. Thanks for any ideas

Thanks Stonebattle according to their website they no longer service the unit with rubber top. I did email them, thought there maybe a similar power supply that would work.

Mine is packed away, because I'm moving. Otherwise I could test it out and recommend something to you. Do you have a connector to mate with the one in the sensor?

Thanks but no that is the issue , i am unsure of the needed power supply.

This was from an old rubber top with serial to USB cable. I think this was the one to swipe to trigger the slow putt mode.
input:100-240V~0.5A MAX,50-60Hz
output:+5V (has a solid line over ---- ) then 2.6A
output power 13W max.

Then there is a rubber top with the new connection (almost a square(not sure what you call it)) This was the newer automatic slow mode.
the output was different:
output 6V (same solid line over -----) then 2.5 A

I know it made a difference if you used the wrong one. I did buy a power supply from a Princes Auto that worked for one pad I have.

The power end to plug into the P3Pro pad is different on the two voltages so take the pad with you to make sure it fits the hole. Note the 6V will fit into the 5V pad but is loose and will not work. The 5V end is fatter and will not fit into the 6V hole.

Thanks SFR. That gives me a start, proswing doesnt service or sell the power supply anymore. I m looking for an alternative? Or maybe the manufacturer of the power supply, or possible used one for sale

I think it is as simple as the 5V vs the 6V. The old pads might be the 5V.

What connection do you have on the pad? Serial cable or the other?

I know that they won't service or support the old pads but that is very sad that P3pro can't just tell you that info. Did they all forget that quick what the difference was....

Proswing considers it a serial cable, I think you are correct a 5v 2.6 amp power source with the correct connection should do the trick. To be continued..

Just a quick clarification. P3 DOES still sell power supplies, but not for serial units as they went End-of-Life on 6/30/2014. The cover is irrelevant to the power supply, the type of connection will determine if you can purchase one through P3.
