Slow Play - Local Course - what would you do?

Local south end course, 27 holes, real "gem", never had issue before.

Played on a Sunday AM - 630 tee time. 10 minutes late getting out b/c the pro shop girl wasn't sure what she was doing. We turned at 805 to find a group on our 10th tee, another in the fairway, another on the green. Each of these groups had tee times booked, so essentially doubling booking us on our back nine.

Called the pro shop from the 11th hole - told no one had tee times which was ridiculous b/c we talked to the groups ahead of us who told us so.

Instead of the usual 3 hr 18, we cruised around in a staggering 415.....

Have left 4 msgs for the manager who doesn't seem to want to call back.

    What would you do?

4h15 is a pretty standard weekend round at a public course... Did they promise you a 3hr round when you booked?

Not sure you have any grounds to complain to be honest.

    Sounds like someone screwed up.
You state never having a problem in the past, so I would let it go this one time.
I agree that a 4h15m round is not crazy long, with your quick front nine, that makes for a slow back nine.
I expect that the manager isn't returning your calls since he doesn't want to get his butt chewed out, just human nature.
He can't really do anything for you, other than grovel a bit and apologise a few times.

You would not expect 4h15 when you tee off at 6h30 AM
