Weights for Scotty California del mar (Red)

Looking for 20 or 25 gram weights for California Del Mar putter. Or does anyone have a lead on where to get some (other than ebay knock offs from China) which yes may be good but don't want to transact with those sellers and it can take weeks.

Maybe someone has some or knows where to get some. By the way, its the old type plugs (see image), not the ones with the big red centre. Not sure if the older and newer have the same screw pattern and size.

Or any suggestions on how to unscrew the plug underneath, those are tight !!!!! just tried serveral things unsuccessfully - I don't have the tool ...

Another addition, anyone have the tool for sale...I believe its the gold wrench which is required for this older Del Mar model.

I use a set of very small needle nose pliers. You can get them at canadian tire. Spray the edges with WD 40 and leave it for a day before you try.

The plugs are hollow and they get less hollow as the weight goes up but if you have 10's you can stuff em with lead tape and that works well.

You can also take the plate off (it's hollow too) if you really want to jack the weight up.

I have 2 , 10 gram weights, and a wrench (knockoffs) that I think I used on a Kombi. You can have the weights and borrow the wrench if you want? I can also add some weight via glue and tungsten powder in the back of the weights. Just tell me what weight you need. Stonebridge pickup. PM me your email and I will send a pic of what I have. Andy
