    Another Match Play question

two players play 'Stroke Play' from the white tees and have handicaps of 16 & 20. then for a match play game can the 20 handicapper move up and play the forward tees to gain an advantage ?
    thnx

By moving up to the forward tees he gives back some (or perhaps all) of the 4 strokes he gets from the 16-handicapper (the number of strokes depends on the difference in course ratings between the white and forward tees), so there is no advantage...

... and there is nothing preventing the 16-handicapper from also moving up to the forward tees to maintain the status quo.
