Remax local Long Drive qualifier reminder

Just a reminder to all , that the local Remax World Long Drive qualifier will be held this coming Saturday May 14/05 at On the Green Driving Range in Barrhaven ( Nepean ).

Times : 1st qualifier 8:30 - 12:30 ( last call noon )
2nd qualifier 1:00 - 5:00 ( last call 4:30 )

Costs : Open & Seniors ( 45-55 ) $35.00 6 - balls
Women & Super Seniors $25.00 6 - balls

• For Local Qualification events, competitors may use any club not on the USGA Non-conforming Club list (www.usga.org). For the RE/MAX District Championships and World Finals, players may use only clubs on the LDA Approved Conforming Club list.

• All golf clubs must not exceed the LDA 50" total club length rule

Anyone know what the longest regional qualifier was last year? I hit the ball longish, but I'm not going to waste my time if there are guys pounding out 360 yrd drives like nothing.

Depending which age group you are in Open ( 18-45 ) anything over 300, Senior ( 45-55 ) anything over 250- and up , Super Senior ( 55- 65 ) anything over 250 and up. Ladies ( anthing over 200 ) . Come out and give it a try.
