Stonebridge yardage book
Are these available? Seems to be a short course and worried about going for the par 5's in two. Specifically 18, playing from the golds or blues. Can you hit it to the pond on the left with a 250y drive? Or do I hit it shorter, just before the path.
Are any of those homes in danger of wild tee shots?
Thanks!

Depends on what tees you are playing on 18 but that pond is most definitely reachable if you are playing from the whites. The homes shouldn't be in danger unless you are wayyyyy off line. Case in point i hit a house off number 1 tee last year in front of about thirty people. Hit an orbital slice and somehow it didn't hit a window.

If you hit it to the path or just before, sure you can for it, it leaves you about 170 yds to the green. But be careful it is well trapped front and back. If you land in the front traps its a scramble to make par. Of course all homes are in danger of an arrant tee shot. If you do hit a house its a very bad tee shot

Stonebridge is a short course. The yardage from the back tees is less than 6500 yards. If you're capable of driving the ball 250 yards, you might want to consider playing off the back tees... and it's around 290 yards to the water from the back tees on #18. Of course, if you're playing today in the cold / relatively wet conditions... it'll be playing all of that yardage.
As far as hitting houses goes, I'm of the opinion that the owner of any house within 300 yards of a golf course should assume their house is 'in play'. That being said, I think the real danger zones are likely the houses left of #5, either side of #12... definitely the ones down the right of #13 (only an idiot buys a house down the right side of a 'drive-able' par 4) and the ones on the inside of the dogleg on #16.
BTW: Google Earth is your friend! #18 - Distance to water from:
Black tees = ~290 yards
Blue tees = ~270 yards
White tees = ~225 yardsTwitter: @mfarquharson73

download google earth and you can zoom into any course and measure yardages, etc. I use it for lots of courses I have never played before.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

We do not have a yardage book, but we do have a good overview of each hole on the hole sign of each tee. Most, if not all, of the hole signs show forced carry distances, or landmark distances from tees as well as a quick tip on the best way to play the hole.
Accuracy is a definite requirement to scoring well at our course. Unfortunately homes do get struck from time to time, but please be considerate and yell FORE if a ball leaves our property. Homeowners know what the word means.
