Broken OptiShot - First 2 Rounds

I bought the OptiShot2 in December. I tried it that first week in my living room for a few minutes, seemed great. I bought a new house with a big garage last month, promptly built a 10x10x10 cage, mounted a projector and played my first round on Wednesday night. It was awesome, but the USB kept coming loose and I had to save and restart every few holes. Fast forward to tonight - the USB will not stay plugged in, cannot get the light to turn green. The USB floats around when plugged in, it would appear something internal has broken free or was never properly secured.

I did put in a service request to Dancin Dogg, hopefully they will resolve it quickly.

Has anyone had a similar problem? I couldn't find anything in the search about this problem.

I've been selling optishot for a few years, and that's a new one. The USB cable can come loose due to movement. The USB cable should just plug right in. Can you post a picture of the USB input on the swing pad? Cheers
