Trugolf Static Problems anyone can help?!

Units work fine for some shots, then stops, just a restart or anything else makes it to read shots again.
Diagnostics do not show any error, microphones are listening.

    Do anyone Ground the units?
when where do you ground it?
Just the main board, or also the frame? can I ground the turf?

Trugolf always write about static problems, does this anti static spray really help it out?

Any Ideas why this is not reading shot?

I feel completely lost with Eric and Michael, so would be really nice if someone could help me with your expertise here.

I think Cory from par2pro posted on this here somewhere last year and seemed to indicate that this was something he did regularly. Try sending him a PM or search through his comments on this forum.
