audio out from projector
Would like to add some type of speaker setup to get better sound than what the projectors built in audio is capable of. What type of setups do you use? I would like to stay away from connecting a receiver. Is there any type of wireless device that can be used? New to this type of setup.

Try "audio out" from your PC. Use better quality amplified PC speakers.

I dunno why, but for some reason I was thinking I needed to pull the audio from the projector. Brain fart moment!

The best thing to use is a Jambox. We have a Big Jambox(new $250 used or refurbished $150). You can connect it using the standard wires that come with it or wirelessly if your PC has bluetooth. This has huge sound and is amazing quality. We even use it when we watch movies on the projector. Of course, if you do this you can use the speaker with your phones and other devices as well. If you are looking for something simple and relatively inexpensive, this is it.

Hope this helps
